Shipping & Returns
1) All shipping methods are by airmail only (Usually ship to USA, Australia, England & other European Countries and takes about 10 to 12 days). For the rest of countries, please email me for details.
P.S. For my past experience, the packages to Italy are always loss, therefore, the buyers should suffer the loss by their own (niether resend nor and refund will be provided).
2) Email with package photo will be sent at the day of toy shipment.
3) Registered mail with posting certificate would be adopted if more than one(1) item, copy of which will be email after the day of shipment.
4) Paypal postage information is used as Shipping Address, if you prefer to ship to another address, please add a note during the paypal payment processing.
5) For Mass Order or Wholesales, please email to check the special shipping charge.
Loss & Damage
1) If the parcel is loss unfortunately, I will trace it according to the certificate of posting. If the loss is confirmed to be lost by the post office, I will immediately resend again.
2) But if the parcel is lost again during resent, no more refund or resend will be provided.
3) If product is being damaged during shipping, damage parts or new set will be sent under free of charge.
4) There are NO RETURNS/REFUNDS for item...as buyer will most likely remove figure from box.....
5) If buyer does not receive the items after more than 2 weeks times, please email me immediately.
